Roxana Craton is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with more than a decade of progressive experience in financial management, accounting operations, payroll, general ledger oversight, reporting, and organizational leadership.

Her career includes serving as a Finance Director, Director of Accounting and Finance, Payroll and General Ledger Manager, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Her professional background spans manufacturing, law firms, private businesses, and county government, giving her a broad understanding of the financial needs, operational challenges, and reporting requirements faced by different organizations.

Throughout her career, Roxana has strengthened accounting processes, maintained accurate financial records, managed payroll and reconciliations, prepared financial reports, supported organizational leadership, and helped improve financial clarity and accountability.

Roxana founded AAA Financial Svcs LLC to bring that experience directly to business owners who need dependable financial support and the personal attention of someone who takes the time to understand their operations and goals.

Her approach is practical and relationship-focused: understand how the business operates, establish reliable financial processes, identify potential concerns, and provide information owners can confidently use to make decisions.

Roxana holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting. Her forensic accounting education strengthens her ability to examine financial information carefully, recognize inconsistencies, evaluate internal controls, and approach financial records with an investigative and detail-oriented mindset. She has also earned the QuickBooks Online Payroll Certification through Intuit.
